Terms & Conditions of Sale

By visiting the Forest Dragon Studio website you accept and agree to the content of these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms of Contract

When you place an order via our website we will treat that action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive confirmation in the form of an email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.

If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

Payment

Payments will be taken at the time of ordering and no goods will be supplied without payment. 

If you place an order with us your payment details are processed securely by Shopify and/or PayPal. We don’t store your credit / debit card details. Shopify encrypts data sent to and from us and our customers using the HTTPS protocol and data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. Shopify and all online stores powered by Shopify are Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant.

For your security and ours, Shopify uses automated fraud screening. A transaction may be stopped if automated checks indicate that stolen or fraudulent payment information is entered at our checkout.

No unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction and we do not store credit card details. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (￡) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a rise in material costs.

Product Variation

Products may vary slightly from the pictures. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.

Delivery

We are able to deliver across the UK and internationally. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Your purchases will be carefully wrapped and packaged using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.

Availability & Estimated Delivery Times

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch goods within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available.

Forest Dragon Studio has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time prior to despatch and get a refund by emailing us at forestdragonstudio.com

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your Forest Dragon Studio online purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an item, we will refund a purchase made through this website if it is returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. Within the UK returns are free of charge, but international returns are at the customer's cost. Only after the returned items have been received and approved as being in their original packaging and condition will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the Customer, excluding any shipping costs.

Claims

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Customers have 30 days to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, for a full refund. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the product must be communicated in writing to Forest Dragon Studio within this 30 day period. Afterwards items may be returned for exchange, or if agreed, reimbursement. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use or bad maintenance.

Liability

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered or are defective, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Forest Dragon Studio shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of Forest Dragon Studio to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
